Desuperheaters

Injection coolers are used to regulate the temperature of steam and hot gases in power stations, chemical plants and other facilities. The injection water is atomised into microfine droplets by nozzles. The integrated ball valve with the ball/seat ring system seals the injection water. In special cases, the ball is used as the first throttling stage to minimise wear. The valve is installed directly in the corresponding steam or process line.
